A lot of GROWING during the past few weeks at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Rona had a wonderful time working with students from across the globe at the Humboldt-Universität 🌍 🌎 🌏

She facilitated four workshops with the international students. The future of work, internationalisation, professional development and working across various countries were amongst the topics. Where can I go and work with my skills? What do I have to pay attention to in Europe and Germany? Do cover letters and CVs still matter? What are new ways of finding employment? How can I use technology and social media to my advantage? Loads of interesting and culturally diverse discussions, with participants from literally 'all corners' of the world.

And to say it with Mary Schmichs words " Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your life...the most interesting people I know didn't know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives - some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don't. Never congratulate or berate yourself too much either. "
